Lumen Partners is growing and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Liverpool team. This role is ideal for candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing backgrounds who want to develop their communication, sales, leadership, and business skills.
No previous sales or management experience is required. Full training, coaching, and mentorship are provided, with clear opportunities to progress into leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Support customer acquisition and sales campaigns
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and team development
- Take part in leadership and management training
- Support senior team members with business growth initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles is beneficial
- Confident and comfortable working with people
- Ambitious, coachable, and willing to learn
- Interest in sales, leadership, business development, or management
