About The Post
Join our team as a Management Support Officer!
If you are an experienced Business Support expert who can handle pressure well, and have outstanding communication, organisation, and IT skills, we encourage you to apply for the amazing opportunity to join our team as our new Management Support Officer!
What You'll Do
- Assist the Service Directors of People, Communications and Intelligence, and Law, Democratic and Member Services with high-quality management support, managing paperwork, calendars, meetings, research, projects, and stakeholder relations.
- Navigate sensitive and complex situations with professionalism.
- Act as an ambassador for process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and the use of modern technology to streamline operations.
What You Need
- Level 3 qualification.
- Extensive business support experience, preferably in local government.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management.
- High standards of professionalism, communication, and diplomacy.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
