Fixed Term Contract Management Surveyor

We have two, 12 month Fixed Term Contract Management Surveyor roles, which will provide additional operational capacity to the Property Management team during a project implementation over the next year.

The role holder should actively embrace and utilise artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to enhance service, improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decision making, and continuously identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and business performance.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with a strong service charge, financial management and overall property operational management. The role holder will support service charge data readiness, budgeting and reconciliation activity, operational improvements and day-to-day management of the London Estate portfolio. The role will work closely with Property Management, Service Charge Accountancy, Finance and transformation project colleagues to help maintain operational performance through implementation, go-live and post go-live stabilisation.

What Makes This a Strong Fixed Term Opportunity?

  • A chance to contribute to a high-profile business transformation programme with a direct impact on how Property Management operates in the future.
  • A varied remit combining portfolio management, service charge, financial controls, data quality and operational problem-solving.
  • Exposure to senior Property Management, Finance and programme stakeholders, with the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business.
  • A role where progress will be tangible: clearing backlogs, improving data readiness, strengthening reporting and supporting a smoother transition to new systems and processes.
  • An opportunity to bring commercial property management experience into a fast-moving programme environment while still retaining a strong operational property focus.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
