Management Trainee

Location: Glasgow
Type: Full-Time Monday - Friday
OTE: £25,000 - £40,000 annually

At Aura Connections, we believe in empowering individuals through effective communication and results-driven strategies. We're seeking driven individuals to join our Glasgow team as a Management Trainee. We believe Connection, Conversion, and Conversations matter the most.

We're an outsourced marketing company working with some of the UK's largest brands, including Eon, EE, and British Gas. We are an expanding sales and marketing organisation supporting a portfolio of established UK clients across multiple sectors.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality customer engagement, strengthening client relationships, and supporting long-term growth through effective campaign execution.

We specialise in Events, Business-to-Business, and Field-Based marketing, building direct relationships between our clients and their customers.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of client campaigns.
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in training sessions focused on business operations, communication, and leadership.
  • Develop strategic plans to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Develop fundamentals of sales, recruitment, and leadership training.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised with good time management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Interest in business operations, management, or client services.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
