Are you looking to fast-track your career in business operations, client account management, and team leadership? Meridian is expanding across the North East following significant client portfolio growth. We are seeking ambitious, driven candidates to join our structured Management Development Programme as a Management Trainee.

No previous corporate experience is required—we provide full, paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of client marketing campaigns across the UK.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily performance metrics, track campaign KPIs, and present updates to senior management.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Assist with coordinating day-to-day team activities, onboarding new team members, and driving campaign performance.
  • Client Relations: Collaborate with senior colleagues to align daily operations with client strategies and maintain professional stakeholder communication.
  • Operations & Strategy: Participate in structured workshops covering business operations, brand management, direct communication, and leadership.

  • Excellent organisation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Interest in business management, client services, marketing, or team leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
  • High school diploma / A-Levels or Degree equivalent (all backgrounds welcome).
