Looking for an opportunity where you can develop professionally, take on responsibility and build towards a career in management? Bunset & Co. is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing team in Manchester. Our Management Trainee programme is designed for people who are eager to learn, develop practical business skills and progress into leadership and management positions.
No previous management or sales experience is required — full training is provided. Whether you're a recent graduate, looking for your first professional opportunity, or considering a career change, we're more interested in your attitude, work ethic, ambition and willingness to learn than your previous experience.
About Bunset & Co.
Bunset & Co. is an expanding face-to-face sales and marketing company based in Manchester. We work with established UK brands to help them acquire new customers through professional, face-to-face marketing campaigns across residential, business and event environments.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for individuals who want to develop beyond an entry-level position and work towards leadership, team management and business development opportunities. Our focus is on developing people from the ground up by providing practical experience, coaching and opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
The Management Trainee Role
As a Management Trainee, you'll begin by gaining hands-on experience across customer engagement, sales and business development while learning the foundations of running and developing a successful team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing established brands through professional face-to-face customer engagement
- Speaking with customers and understanding their needs
- Presenting products and services clearly and confidently
- Building strong customer relationships
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
- Learning how to support and motivate team members
- Developing an understanding of team performance and business development
- Taking on additional responsibility as your skills and experience develop

The role is designed to give you practical experience across different areas of the business, with the aim of developing you into a confident team leader and future manager.

Previous management or sales experience isn't required. Our training programme is designed to help you develop the knowledge, confidence and practical experience needed to progress. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sport or other people-focused environments can be beneficial, but isn't essential.
Training & Development
You'll receive ongoing support from experienced members of the team, including:
- Full initial training
- Practical, hands-on sales and business development coaching
- Leadership and team development
- Regular one-to-one feedback
- Personal and professional development sessions
- Communication and negotiation training
- Mentoring from experienced team leaders
- Opportunities to take on additional responsibility
As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about team leadership, coaching, recruitment, performance management and business development. For individuals who consistently demonstrate strong performance, leadership and commitment, there are opportunities to progress into senior, leadership and management-level positions.
