About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Marketing team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to develop a strong foundation in marketing through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and structured learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and external agencies.
- Participate in product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (internships are an advantage).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
