About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Marketing team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to develop a strong foundation in marketing through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and structured learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and external agencies.
  • Participate in product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships are an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
