We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Edinburgh team as a Management Trainee. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just an entry-level position and is interested in developing their skills across sales, marketing, recruitment, team development, and business management.
Caledonia Group is a growing outsourced sales and marketing organization, working with established UK brands across a range of sectors, including telecommunications, energy, and consumer services.
Our campaigns focus on creating genuine connections between brands and their customers through Events, Business-to-Business, and Field-Based Marketing.
What You’ll Do
As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of the business, including:
- Engage directly with customers and represent established client brands professionally
- Develop strong communication, sales, and customer relationship skills
- Support the planning and delivery of client campaigns
- Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, recruitment, and team development
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members
- Participate in structured training focused on communication, leadership, and business operations
- Develop an understanding of campaign performance and commercial objectives
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients
- Progress towards taking on greater responsibility in team leadership and management

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous management experience — we’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable communicating with different people
- Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to improve
- Organized with good time-management skills
- Competitive and motivated by achieving goals
- A strong team player who enjoys working with others
- Interested in developing their skills in business, sales, marketing, or leadership
- Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous development

- Competitive OTE of £25,000–£40,000

Additional Information
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- On-site position based in Edinburgh
- Direct participation in customer-facing campaigns and team development
- Applicants must be able to commute to our Edinburgh office
