We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Edinburgh team as a Management Trainee. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just an entry-level position and is interested in developing their skills across sales, marketing, recruitment, team development, and business management.

Caledonia Group is a growing outsourced sales and marketing organization, working with established UK brands across a range of sectors, including telecommunications, energy, and consumer services.

Our campaigns focus on creating genuine connections between brands and their customers through Events, Business-to-Business, and Field-Based Marketing.

What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of the business, including:

  • Engage directly with customers and represent established client brands professionally
  • Develop strong communication, sales, and customer relationship skills
  • Support the planning and delivery of client campaigns
  • Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, recruitment, and team development
  • Support the onboarding and development of new team members
  • Participate in structured training focused on communication, leadership, and business operations
  • Develop an understanding of campaign performance and commercial objectives
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients
  • Progress towards taking on greater responsibility in team leadership and management

You don’t need previous management experience — we’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Additional Information
