The Opportunity
Our Management Trainee Programme is built for people who want to learn fast, take on responsibility early, and move into leadership. From day one you'll get hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition, plus structured training, one-to-one mentorship, and a real look at how a business is run.
Progression here is based on performance and effort, not how long you've been here. Strong performers move into leadership quickly.

What You'll Do
- Represent leading brands through face-to-face customer engagement across London
- Build the sales, communication, and relationship skills behind every business career
- Learn campaign planning, team coordination, and performance management
- Work alongside experienced managers to understand how the business runs
- Take on leadership responsibility as you grow
Who We're Looking For
- A positive, ambitious, goal-focused attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence working in a team
- A real willingness to learn, develop, and lead by example
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, or other people-focused roles is a plus, but attitude matters more than your CV. No sales experience needed. We'll train you.
