Who We Are:
Strive Collective is a London-based events and promotions company delivering live public-facing campaigns in the energy sector. We specialise in face-to-face engagement through event spaces and pop-up activations, helping our partners grow long-term support and public awareness.
We are now recruiting for our February 2026 Management Training Programme, designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience across sales, operations, and campaign leadership.
The Programme:
This is a structured, full-time programme created for individuals who want to build a long-term career in business and management. You will start in frontline campaign delivery to gain a strong commercial foundation, then gradually progress into team supervision, operations, and leadership responsibilities.
The training is practical, performance-based, and focused on real-world experience rather than classroom theory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
