CQC Registered Manager
Location: Loughborough, LE11 3GD
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
About the Opportunity
Axis Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a specialist neuro-rehabilitation service in Loughborough for an experienced CQC Registered Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a well-established specialist service, taking responsibility for its operational, clinical and regulatory performance. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the service continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for people with complex neurological needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead the service in line with CQC standards, safeguarding legislation and best practice.
- Drive clinical governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee audits, action plans and service performance.
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation are accurate and person-centred.
- Lead, motivate and develop the staff team through effective recruitment, supervision and performance management.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and budgets to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints and investigations.
- Manage referrals, admissions, discharges and occupancy.
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals, families and external stakeholders.
- Foster a positive, accountable and inclusive culture across the service.

Requirements
We're looking for an experienced and confident leader who has:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a health or social care setting.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing clinical governance, quality and service improvement.
- Strong organisational, financial and operational management abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
