What You’ll Do

As a Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations and set the tone for both the guest and team experience.

  • Lead, coach, and support team members across all departments
  • Partner with the General Manager on hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and full compliance with safety standards
  • Monitor inventory and manage ordering to keep operations running smoothly
  • Control food and labor costs to drive profitability
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
  • Deliver a high-quality, distraction-free moviegoing experience
  • Reinforce and uphold exceptional customer service standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and leadership
  • Participate in management, operations, and marketing meetings
  • Support scheduling, payroll oversight, and operational planning
  • Execute opening, closing, and daily operational procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety (preferred)
  • ServSafe and TIPS certifications (preferred)

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, etc.)
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 45–50 hours per week
