What you'll be doing
As a Pharmacy Supply Manager, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the availability of medicines across our network. Your role is crucial in developing and delivering the Pharmacy Supply strategy, directly impacting patient care and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimise supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the Pharmacy Supply strategy.
- Act as deputy for the Pharmacy Head of Supply when required.
- Monitor performance against key KPIs to support medicine availability.
- Coach and motivate a team of 4 direct reports.
- Support the end-to-end supply chain transformation strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve supply issues.
- Represent Pharmacy Supply in business forums and cross-functional projects.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation.
- Strong background in supply chain, with experience working across commercial, operational and supplier facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare supply chain preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

It would be great if you also have
- Experience with supply systems, particularly Columbus.
- Knowledge of AI/ML forecasting principles.
- Familiarity with stock holding and working capital management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
