Location: UK (Hybrid, In office 2 days per week)

About the Job

Reporting to the Senior Director of Restaurant Sales & Services, you will lead restaurant acquisition and expansion across the UK, covering all markets outside of London. You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, setting the strategy and direction needed to achieve ambitious growth targets for our reservations technology.

As a leader, you will coach and empower your team to challenge the status quo, overcome obstacles, and consistently deliver outstanding results for both our customers and the business. By fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture, you will drive engagement, accountability, and commercial success across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and hire a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Develop comprehensive annual forecasts and strategic sales plans to drive regional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continuous team development and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on organisational initiatives and secure successful outcomes for both the business and customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to guide the team through complex prospect scenarios.
  • Travel up to 40% to support the team in the field and adapt strategies to the local market needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and team management, including building and leading successful sales or business development teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members effectively.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% as required by the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running strategic business units within the technology or hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional adaptability and creativity in overcoming business challenges and driving innovative solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of driving complex organisational initiatives.
