About the Role

As our business grows, we’re bringing the ads plan to even more members around the world. Starting in 2027, Netflix’s ads plan will expand to several new countries, including Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, and Belgium, giving members more plan options and advertisers more opportunities to reach our audience. We are looking for team members who will be instrumental in shaping this quickly evolving business area for Netflix!

Company Background

In November 2022, Netflix launched an ad-supported tier, enabling the delivery of 15 and 30 ads. Since then, we've expanded our suite of advertising solutions and have grown our ad-supported monthly active user count to more than 80 million globally. We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities that allow brands to partner with us across an even wider Netflix footprint.

Responsibilities

As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specialising in Pricing & Packaging. Responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
