What You’ll Do

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with C-level leaders to:

  • Identify and prioritise opportunities for automation and digital transformation across diverse business functions
  • Design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions to solve real operational challenges
  • Lead partnerships with start-ups, consultancies, and tech vendors to deliver measurable value
  • Build reusable frameworks, components, and best practices to scale automation group-wide
  • Develop clear business cases with tangible ROI on every AI initiative
  • Contribute to internal Aurelius innovation projects driving efficiency and process optimisation

What you'll need

You bring the rare mix of strategy, tech curiosity, and execution power:

  • 5–8 years’ experience in consulting, technology, process automation, or high-growth startup environments
  • Confident working with C-suite stakeholders and translating complexity into impact
  • Proven record leading data-driven or automation projects from idea to implementation
  • Practical experience with automation tools (like Make, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Power Automate)
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering (structured prompts, tool integration, RAG basics)
  • Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable with Python basics, APIs, and prototype automation builds
  • Fluent in English; German a strong plus

✈️ Travel: 20–40% across European portfolio sites
