We are seeking to hire talented AI Business Innovators within our AI Scaling and Transformation team, a centre of excellence in Deloitte’s Engineering, AI & Data service offering.
You will work alongside clients, third parties, and Deloitte teams from across the Firm, supporting a diverse range of international and market-leading organisations as they seek to unlock new sources of value and competitive advantage through AI-driven business innovation.
You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful projects that leverage advanced AI technologies to reimagine business models, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational excellence.
This is a client-facing role where you will combine business acumen with a deep understanding of AI, helping clients to identify, design, and implement innovative AI solutions that address strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and grow your career in a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.
As an AI Business Innovator, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative AI strategies and solutions for our clients. In this role, you may be expected to:
- Work closely with client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership to understand strategic business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and transformation.
- Lead or support the design and implementation of AI-enabled business models, products, and services that deliver tangible value and competitive advantage.
- Translate complex AI concepts and technical capabilities into clear business cases, value propositions, and actionable roadmaps for clients.
- Support the deployment and scaling of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Research, assess, and apply emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive continuous business improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, solution architects, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery and integration of AI solutions.
- Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior team members, promoting a culture of learning, innovation, and delivery excellence.

Connect to your skills and professional experience
We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate skills and experience in some of the following:
Education & Experience
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, STEM, Innovation, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or MBAs are welcome but not essential.
- Experience designing, leading, or supporting AI-driven business transformation, innovation, or digital strategy projects in a commercial or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, define, and articulate business opportunities enabled by AI, and to translate these into actionable strategies, business cases, and roadmaps.
- Experience working with clients or stakeholders in regulated or data-rich industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector, consumer, or similar) is advantageous.
- Strong track record of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications or training in AI, digital transformation, innovation management, or business strategy are desirable.
Business & AI Proficiency
- Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities, trends, and their business applications, including large language models, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Experience shaping and delivering AI-enabled business models, products, or services, and driving measurable business outcomes through innovation.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical AI teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions and recommendations.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solution development, including ideation, business case development, prototyping, implementation, and scaling.
- Awareness of responsible AI practices, including ethical, regulatory, and societal considerations, and their impact on business strategy and reputation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and supporting the development of junior colleagues is highly valued.
