PMI Consumer Segmentation Solutions Manager

We have a new Manager Consumer Segmentation Solutions vacancy in GS and we are searching for someone who own the delivery, scalability, and performance of AI-driven consumer segmentation and NBA capabilities.
Impact You’ll Own
You will act as the backbone of the AI platform and ensuring efficient deployment across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Define data science modeling standards & procedures across training, validation, deployment, supervising
- Ensure models are scalable across markets, reproducible and maintainable, aligned with PMI architecture and AI standards
- SPOC for Data Governance, Data Privacy and Compliance
- Own code quality and scalability across markets
- Advise requirements for data science platform development and deployment roadmap for AI readiness in collaboration with CDP Product Group
- Identify new tools and technologies for AI adoption and AI readiness
- Measure and improve data science code and framework efficiency
- Continuously drive data science framework evolution in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Lead new model deployment pipelines
- Maintain all existing consumer segmentation products
- Ensure reliability and performance of the data science framework
- Coordinate data science releases across markets
- Own backlog prioritization for data science feature improvements based on business value, market readiness, data availability & quality, compliance constraints
- Align with consumer segmentation team and CDP product group on prioritization
- Ensure timely delivery of backlog
- Responsible for bug-fixing, code releases, and on-call support for CDP product group
- Supervise contractor work
- Ensure knowledge transfer between contractors, GBS, and FTE
- Own data science documentation and code versioning

Skills & Capabilities
- ML engineering / data engineering
- Strong experience in MLOps and cloud environments
- Strong experience with AI/ML deployments environments
- Experience leading technical teams or contractors
- Understanding of databases and data modelling e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and any programming language (such as Python or R).
- Exposure to data science and statistical knowledge.
- System architecture thinking
