The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, AI Architect specializing in generative AI to lead the design and delivery of GenAI solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on delivery and technical management role: you will own the architecture of a defined solution area or workstream, lead a small delivery team, and ensure your solutions run reliably in production. You will work closely with client teams and communicate technical decisions clearly to project stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

Design and Delivery of Engagements

  • Own the architecture and technical delivery of a GenAI solution area or workstream, from design through production rollout.
  • Lead a small cross-functional delivery team (engineers, data specialists) through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-aware in production.
  • Manage delivery execution: architecture decisions within scope, technical risks, dependencies, quality checks, and blocker resolution.
  • Apply engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and accelerators to improve delivery quality and speed.
  • Take accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes within your workstream.

Technical Direction

  • Design generative AI solutions: LLM selection, RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, agentic workflows, and integration.
  • Build solutions for insurance use cases (claims intake automation, submission triage, document intelligence, underwriting copilots, policy Q&A, contact-center copilots).
  • Design and tune RAG systems: chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval tuning, and grounding to reduce hallucination.
  • Implement multi-agent and tool-calling workflows that automate insurance processes.
  • Apply LLMOps and quality practices: prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, versioning, and cost/latency optimization.
  • Apply responsible AI practices: hallucination controls, PII handling, bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance (NAIC, GDPR, EU AI Act).
  • Support integration with core insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens) and enterprise data/content systems.

Leadership & Communication

  • Act as a technical point of contact and advisor to client project stakeholders.
  • Translate GenAI concepts, tradeoffs, and risks into clear explanations for technical and business audiences.
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations and demos to project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across business, IT, and compliance stakeholders on solution decisions.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and consultants; help uphold technical standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
