The eDiscovery team processes, analyses and produces a variety of data types in response to regulator requests, litigation procedures or investigations. We support corporates and their legal teams throughout the document review process, helping to shape the review strategy and leveraging advancements in technology to gain efficiency and reduce the cost of review. We utilise industry-leading software platforms, supplemented with our in-house developed enhancements and our extensive experience in the effective deployment of the tools, to meet the most challenging and wide-reaching data discovery requests.
Using cutting edge technology, you will work alongside specialists drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, to deliver high-quality eDiscovery services that enable our clients to meet their data disclosure obligations.

Leading a project team or supporting a Senior Manager on larger project teams, we will rely on you to take responsibility for delivery of one or more components of the project and deploy your technical skills in innovative ways. You will mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support across technical and professional matters, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support business development activities including contributing to proposals, presentations, and bids.

To be considered, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience of the full EDRM lifecycle
- A good commercial awareness of the wider Forensic Technology industry
- A track record of excellence in project-based delivery
- Working knowledge of Nuix, Relativity Processing, or similar
- Strong experience with any enterprise document review platform (preferably Relativity) and its analytics capabilities
- Hands-on experience of managing effective and efficient document reviews
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for managing complex data sets and ensuring accuracy.
The following would be desirable:
- Relativity Certified Administrator (Server and/or RelOne), Nuix eDiscovery Specialist or other relevant forensic or technical certifications
- Expertise in Technology Assisted Review and AI Assisted workflows
- Existing UK security clearance (or ability to obtain UK security clearance) at NPPV3 and SC/DV level.

Forensic & Financial Crime
Our teams in Forensic and Financial Crime provide proactive advice, transformation and operational support to help clients protect their brand and navigate financial crime risks, including money laundering, fraud and corruption.
Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
