Position Overview
As a manager, you will be responsible for managing entire projects from proposal through to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. You will lead project teams, mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates, and play a critical role in shaping client deliverables and strategic recommendations. This position requires an individual who can balance multiple projects, guide strategic discussions, and drive innovation in research approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycles, from proposal development to execution and delivery.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Drive strategic discussions, leveraging expertise to develop innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Expertise in the life sciences industry, with experience in strategic consulting and research.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful results.
- Ability to lead strategic discussions and provide thought leadership in the development of new methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields, with a focus on life sciences.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
