What We Do

Dentally solves real-world problems across three core areas.

  • Clinical: AI-powered diagnostics and note-taking, giving dentists an extra set of expert eyes on every x-ray, further detecting subtle signs across conditions and boosting clinical accuracy in seconds.
  • Practice Management: Automating everything, ensuring dental practices get admin done quicker! Payments, Workflows & Patient Management, 3rd Party Integration, Reporting and Staff Instant Messaging.
  • Patient Experience: A digital-first experience that empowers patients to manage appointments, complete medical forms, and make payments - all from their own device. No more old-school phone calls and paper forms.

Your Focus

  • Own and evolve Dentally’s global brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice consistently across your team's markets and customer touchpoints
  • Create the global content strategy, translating team priorities, customer needs, and product direction into clear content plans and initiatives
  • Manage the narrative and creative direction for brand campaigns within your team's remit.
  • Develop and oversee content including thought leadership pieces, reports, customer stories and campaign assets.
  • Oversee execution of events, sponsorships, and PR, ensuring activity supports the wider brand narrative.
  • Work closely with Growth, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing and regional teams to connect brand and content activity to the full customer journey.
  • Define and report on brand and content performance, linking awareness, engagement and organic growth to wider marketing outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team brand and content team, motivating and inspiring your team to reach and exceed all set targets and KPIs
  • Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development
  • Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations
  • Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive
  • Lead recruitment efforts for your team, identifying and hiring top talent
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse culture, in line with Henry Schein One values

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading brand and content in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 3 years + team management experience
  • Proven hands-on capability in messaging, storytelling, and campaign narrative
  • Experience operating as a player–manager in a scaling environment
  • Strong editorial judgement and brand instinct
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Growth, Product, Sales)
  • Confident, comfortable balancing long term brand building with commercial outcomes
