Deckers Brands - Brand Experience Manager
The Role:
As Brand Experience Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of impactful brand experiences across EMEA for UGG. Reporting to the Head of PR, you will create and deliver memorable events that connect with consumers, elevate brand presence, and bring the brand story to life. Working across PR, influencer, community, and cultural activations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class experiences in key markets.
Your Impact:
- Develop and execute short and long-term brand experience and events strategies across key EMEA cities.
- Create innovative event concepts that resonate with target consumers and reflect local cultural nuances.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to bring brand campaigns and experiences to life.
- Lead end-to-end event delivery, including logistics, venue and vendor management, budgeting, and guest experience.
- Measure event performance through reporting and insights, helping to shape future brand experience strategies.

We Would Love to Hear from People with:
- Experience planning and delivering high-impact events, brand experiences, or experiential marketing activations.
- A track record of developing and executing successful event strategies that engage consumers and strengthen brand presence.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver outstanding results.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working within fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or a similarly consumer-focused industry would be advantageous.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
