Inspire movement. Elevate athletes. Shape the future of Running in one of the world’s most influential sport cities. As Running Brand Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution that brings Nike Running to life across the UK & Ireland, with London as the epicentre.
You’ll shape the future of Running by connecting deeply with athletes*, creators, communities, and cultural leaders — translating global direction into locally resonant stories, experiences, activations and partnerships that move the next generation.
We are looking for an experienced and talented brand marketeer with a passion for Running & sport, a curiosity for our young consumer, and an ability to uncover stories that will inspire movement. A marketeer experienced in brand management and cross-functional marketing (including digital & retail marketing), keen to create a culture of high performance and inspiration to reimagine the future of sport and make athletes’ dreams real. A talent who thrives on creativity and innovation, turning insights into ideas and ideas into storytelling and experiences that resonate. Driven by consumer obsession, with a growth mindset, you’re willing to adapt on the fly to deliver awe inspiring marketing plans.
What will you work on?
- Drive the brand offense for Nike Running across the UK & Ireland, ensuring cultural relevance, athlete* obsession, and business impact.
- Drive the Nike Running Brand Strategic Plan on the ground for UKI&I.
- Translate global and EMEA direction into sharp, insight-led, London-rooted strategies. Build integrated seasonal and daily plans that elevate brand strength and drive consumer engagement.
- Ensure London’s PoV shapes EMEA and Global strategy.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution Across London & UK&I.
- Lead end-to-end execution of Running campaigns & initiatives, including London specific moments, working closely with retail and partner marketing. Ensure global and EMEA Concept Map moments land powerfully on the ground through activations, community experiences and marketplace executions.
- Create and sustain London’s Nike Running Ecosystem.
- Identify and nurture relationships with the people & organisations that embody our brand values and bring our strategy to life, then manage these relationships in a robust & sustainable fashion. Obsess the Running marketplace in London and across the UKI — understand where the consumer is moving, why and how Nike running can best serve them.
- Fuel Nike with Sharp Consumer Insight
- Through keeping Nike’s ear to the ground. Gather structured, continuous learnings from athletes* and communities to allow us to better serve them on the ground and to feed insights back to EMEA/Global to refine longer term strategy. Identify cultural opportunities, emerging trends, and tension points that shape future strategy.
- Lead Project Management, People Leadership & Operational Excellence.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional alignment to deliver work at a pinnacle level. Build & lead cross-functional teams to deliver true high performance, through diverse thinking & skillsets. Develop and empower one direct report fostering a performance and growth-minded culture.

Who will you work with?
Reporting to the Brand Director, Running, Training & Brand Initiatives, UK & Ireland, you will sit within the UK & Ireland Brand Marketing Team. You will work collaboratively with UK&I and EMEA partners across Brand, Creative, Sports Marketing, Integrated Retail Marketing, Energy Marketing, Marketplace, Communications and SCI — as well as the communities, individuals and organisations helping shape running culture across London and the UKI.

What you bring to Nike?
- A culturally tuned-in brand leader with a deep understanding of London’s Running scene and a passion for sport, running and community.
- Proven experience in brand management or consumer marketing, with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing.
- A genuine passion for Running with a deep understanding of the London Running landscape, consumer, communities and Nike’s position within.
- A strong track record in partnership management with experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with individuals and organisations.
- Experience building consumer-led brand strategy from insight through to execution.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful marketing ideas and initiatives through cross-functional team leadership.
- High-level communication skills and the ability to influence across the organisation.
- Agility, resilience, and a growth mindset — thriving in dynamic environments and elevating the work at every turn.
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with previous people management experience.
