Job Description

Serves as the primary India Finance COE partner to the Business Finance function and provides decision support to the VP of Business Finance and Business Finance partners. Partners closely with the Group Consolidations team, Barcelona Finance COE, Corporate FP&A, and IT.

The role requires a highly collaborative leader with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the confidence to influence action across a complex global operations environment. The individual should be able to act as an insight engine for Business Finance and lead a team of analysts responsible for connecting the dots across financial, operational, and commercial performance; turning data into clear recommendations; and helping Business Finance leaders focus on the few actions that matter most.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with division Business Finance partners and lead a team of analysts to provide insights into financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support operational decision-making across geographically dispersed businesses.
  • Responsible for delivering high-quality and timely financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned businesses by translating business drivers into meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with Business Finance to ensure high-quality planning, reporting, and analytical outputs, enabling greater focus on forward-looking business partnering.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve data accuracy, accelerate insights, and enhance decision support.
  • Develop a team of professionals who deliver timely, accurate insights that enable business decisions.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, clearly communicating key issues, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Advance reporting standardization, process automation, and data-driven decision-making through SAP, Power BI, advanced analytics, and digital finance tools.
  • Lead, coach, and develop finance analysts, fostering collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and talent development across cultures and organizational boundaries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
