Job Description
This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to grow your consulting and advisory career. In this role you will,
- Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio which includes small to medium sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries and small listed entities
- Further develop your technical expertise working across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory work for middle market clients
- Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders
- Develop into a mentor to assist other less experienced team members and encourage their continued professional development

How Are You Extraordinary?
- Deep understanding of Australian tax legislation and compliance
- Proven ability to deliver both compliance and advisory work
- Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management experience
Your Experience

To Be Successful, You Will Bring
- Proven experience at Manager level (or ready for step-up)
- Strong technical capability across financial statements, tax returns, Division 7A, FBT, CGT
- Experience working with private businesses and family groups
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Leadership capability with a passion for mentoring and developing others
- Experience gained in mid-tier or large accounting firms (highly regarded)
- Strong background in Australian public practice (business services/tax)
Qualifications
Completed CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
