We are looking for a Manager Centre of Excellence (m/f/d) in our Corporate General Procurement function.
This position can be filled in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands or the Czech Republic.
The role holds enterprise-wide responsibility for process and governance topics, working closely with the entire GP Leadership Board (GPLB), country CFOs/GFDs, Group Legal, and the AI & Digital Transformation team.
Your Tasks
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the PHOENIX General Procurement (GP) Policy, ensuring clear procurement standards, governance, compliance, and decision-making frameworks across all markets.
- Design, document, and standardize Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, covering category planning, supplier selection, tendering, contracting, and contract lifecycle management.
- Establish and maintain procurement governance frameworks, including policies, KPIs, compliance monitoring, process maturity assessments, and exception management.
- Build and manage a central library of procurement processes, templates, guidelines, and best practices to support procurement teams across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and aligning standards with industry best practices.
- Lead training and enablement activities for procurement policies and S2C processes, ensuring consistent understanding and adoption across all markets.
- Act as the subject matter expert and central point of contact for procurement process governance, policy interpretation, and process-related guidance.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Digital & AI, and country stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and continuous optimization of procurement standards and processes.

Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Procurement, ideally with a focus on Procurement Excellence, Process Management, Governance, or Transformation in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes, including category management, strategic sourcing, tendering, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience developing and implementing procurement policies, standards, or governance frameworks across multiple functions, business units, or countries.
- Familiarity with procurement and sourcing systems such as Ivalua or comparable platforms; knowledge of spend analytics and savings tracking tools is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into practical and user-friendly solutions.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change in a matrix organization without direct reporting authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced qualifications or professional procurement certifications are an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
