About the Role

Our Managers are at the heart of delivering complex transformation programmes for our clients. You'll lead workstreams, develop high-performing teams, build trusted client relationships, and help organisations successfully adopt new technologies, processes and ways of working.

As our Life Sciences team continues to grow, we are looking to hire an experienced Manager specialising in Change Management to support the delivery of high-impact transformation programmes across pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations.

The Opportunity

As a Manager at Gate One, you will play a key role in delivering complex transformation programmes for Life Sciences clients. Working alongside senior client stakeholders and Gate One leaders, you will help clients realise value from technology, data, AI and business transformation investments through effective change management and adoption strategies.

You will lead key workstreams and project teams, ensuring change activities are practical, measurable and aligned to business outcomes. Typical engagements may include enterprise-wide technology transformations, AI adoption, operating model change, commercial transformation, R&D transformation, organisational redesign and capability-building programmes.

Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to business development activities, help develop our Life Sciences Change Management capability, and support the growth and development of junior consultants.

You Will

Deliver Complex Change and Technology Adoption Programmes

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of change management workstreams across complex Life Sciences transformation programmes.
  • Design and deliver change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, training, capability building and adoption measurement.
  • Support technology-enabled change initiatives involving digital platforms, CRM systems, AI solutions, data and analytics tools, automation and enterprise technologies.
  • Help clients navigate organisational, cultural and behavioural barriers to adoption, ensuring transformation investments translate into measurable business value.
  • Apply Life Sciences expertise to shape change approaches that reflect regulatory requirements, complex governance structures and cross-functional operating models.
  • Develop practical solutions to complex business challenges, translating analysis into clear recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Manage project teams and workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong collaboration and successful outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
