Manager, Client Success
Landmark Ventures is looking for a Manager, Client Success to join our Events & Experiences team.
We work with leading global brands and high-growth B2B companies to bring the right people together – through intimate VIP dinners, executive roundtables, curated experiences, summits and other high-impact gatherings.
Our clients come to Landmark because we know how to convene extraordinary people and create experiences that lead to meaningful relationships and business outcomes.
We're looking for someone who can help make that experience exceptional from the client's side.
As a Manager, Client Success, you'll become a trusted day-to-day partner to a portfolio of Landmark clients. You'll help them think through what they should do, where they should do it, when it should happen, who should be in the room and how to make each experience successful.
You'll also make sure things happen.
You'll navigate calendars, prepare for client calls, coordinate with our internal teams, answer operational questions, develop speaker materials, help recruit the occasional executive or speaker, track commitments and anticipate what's needed next.
And because you'll understand our clients deeply, you'll help identify where Landmark can support our partners to do more – another dinner, another city, another audience, another experience or another way to help them achieve their goals.
This is not traditional account management. And it isn't event production.
It's a relationship-driven role at the intersection of client success, executive experiences and execution.
What You'll Do
Own the Client Experience
Become someone our clients trust, rely on and genuinely enjoy working with.
You'll serve as a primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, developing a strong understanding of their businesses, people, priorities and objectives.
You'll lead and participate in client calls, keep everyone aligned on decisions and next steps, answer questions quickly and make sure clients always know where things stand.
You'll learn how each client likes to work and anticipate what they need before they have to ask.
Most importantly, you'll make Landmark feel easy to work with – responsive, thoughtful, organized and dependable.
Help Clients Build Great Experiences
Our clients don't always arrive knowing exactly what they should do.
That's where you come in.
You'll help clients think through their calendars and advise them on opportunities for VIP dinners, executive roundtables, experiences and other gatherings.
Should they host something around a major conference? Which city makes sense? What audience should they bring together? Dinner or roundtable? Who should speak? What would make the conversation compelling? When should planning begin?
You won't need to know all the answers on day one. You'll learn from an experienced team that produces hundreds of events and experiences each year and gradually develop the judgment to become a trusted advisor yourself.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Over time, we want clients calling you not simply to ask "Where does my event stand?" but "What do you think we should do next?"
Be the Quarterback
Great client service requires great execution.
You'll sit between the client and Landmark's teams and help keep everyone moving in the same direction.
You'll coordinate with colleagues across event production, venues, programming, attendee recruitment, marketing, creative and leadership. You'll translate client conversations into clear actions, owners and deadlines and make sure commitments don't disappear between meetings.
Depending on the engagement, that might mean helping to:
- Build and maintain an event calendar or account plan
- Prepare agendas, meeting briefs and client updates
- Coordinate event concepts, dates, markets and venues
- Develop speaker guides, briefing documents and talking points
- Coordinate speaker outreach and preparation
- Review invitation strategies and target attendee profiles
- Work with our recruitment team on priority executives and attendee outreach
- Gather client materials, branding, biographies, headshots and content
- Prepare clients for their upcoming dinners and experiences
- Track decisions, deliverables and outstanding questions
- Support clients on-site when appropriate
- Capture follow-up and help turn a successful event into meaningful next steps
You are not the event producer responsible for personally executing every detail.
You are the person who understands the client, understands the engagement, knows where things stand, anticipates what's coming and brings together the right people to make it happen.
Grow the Relationship
Client Success at Landmark isn't just about delivering what was sold.
It's about understanding what our clients are trying to accomplish and continually finding ways to create more value.
You'll learn their broader calendars, markets, audiences and priorities. You'll notice when a successful New York dinner could become Chicago and San Francisco. When an intimate executive gathering could become a larger program. When a client has another objective Landmark may be uniquely positioned to help solve.
You'll work alongside senior relationship owners to develop ideas, proposals, renewals and expanded engagements.
We are looking for someone with commercial curiosity – someone who understands that exceptional client service creates trust, trust creates opportunity and successful relationships grow.
Make It Better
We're building this function as we grow.
You'll help us continuously improve how Landmark manages client relationships – how we prepare for meetings, organize account information, communicate with clients, track calendars, capture institutional knowledge and move from one successful engagement to a broader relationship.

You'll also be encouraged to use AI, automation and modern tools to make our work smarter and our client experience better.
If there's a better way to do something, we want you to find it.
Who You Are
You're a relationship person and a details person.
That's an unusual combination, and it's the heart of this role.
You can comfortably join a call with a senior executive and represent Landmark well, then spend the next hour making sure every commitment from that conversation has an owner and a deadline.
You're warm without being overly casual. Polished without being corporate. Organized without being rigid. Commercial without being salesy.
You communicate exceptionally well and know how to turn a complicated conversation into a simple set of next steps.
You're curious. You want to understand the client's business and why they're hosting the dinner – not simply what time it starts.
You're proactive. If something doesn't look right, you ask. If a deadline is approaching, you don't wait to be reminded. If you see an opportunity, you raise it.
And you have exceptional follow-through.
You don't just write down the action item. You make sure it gets done.
What You Bring
We're less interested in finding someone with a perfect background than someone with the right combination of judgment, relationship skills and drive.
You likely bring 4–8+ years of experience in client success, account management, experiential marketing, events, hospitality, consulting, partnerships or another high-touch client environment.
You should be an exceptional communicator, highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and engagements simultaneously. You should have the judgment and confidence to interact with senior executives while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves and handle detailed work.
Experience working with B2B technology companies, executive audiences, events or experiential programs is valuable, but not required.
You should also be comfortable with presentations, spreadsheets, CRM systems and modern productivity tools, and curious about how AI can make you better at your job.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is thoughtful, resourceful, dependable, low-ego and hungry to grow.
