Job Description
As Manager, you play a key supporting role in enabling the successful delivery of client partnership commitments across global and market levels. You will work across Business Leadership, Operations, Activation, and Strategy to ensure alignment, coordination, and smooth execution of all activity.
You support craft leadership in delivering against agreed client deliverables, including performance framework tracking such as TRR, Global QBRs, process cascading through internal bi-weeklies and collation of local and regional action plans, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
You are a key day-to-day contact for internal teams and a supporting contact for the client, helping ensure everything is operating smoothly, accurately, and on deadline. You are building your understanding of the client’s business, the global operating model, and how different markets contribute to overall success.
In this role, you will work closely with global and regional leads to ensure that key outputs, and deliverables are aligned to client expectations and grounded in strong operational foundations. You will help ensure that global principles, processes, and best practices are consistently applied across markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
