We're hiring: Manager-Coach, London Parkour School

Are you the coach who holds a room, keeps a team sharp, and makes a kids' parkour class the best hour of a child's week? We want to talk to you.

London Parkour School (part of Parkour Generations, Canary Wharf) is looking for a Manager-Coach to lead our kids programme and coaching team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who coaches at the highest level and knows how to bring a team up to that same standard.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coaching a minimum of 15 hours a week, leading by example on the floor
  • Leading and developing the coaching team, keeping classes running smoothly and consistently
  • Owning student progression: levels, wristbands, certificates, Test Week
  • Being the face of the school: welcoming new members, building community, handling the day-to-day
  • Keeping the gym safe, clean, and running properly
  • Upholding our safeguarding standards and Codes of Conduct across every class

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
