Job Description
In our pursuit of excellence within our technology department here at Carnival UK, we're seeking individuals who bring a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to our Manager, Commerce and Fulfilment Platform. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of scalable, reliable and high-performing commerce platform capabilities that support P&O Cruises and Cunard.
- Deliver enhancements, integrations and technical improvements from the Commerce Platform roadmap, managing dependencies, milestones, risks and delivery updates.
- Work across Product, Data, Engineering and operational teams to support effective integration between the platform and downstream systems.
- Oversee external vendor delivery while supporting continuous improvements in platform stability, performance, technical debt and customer experience.
Position Requirements
Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the role but also a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrable experience supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of technology platforms within a complex organisation.
- Experience coordinating platform enhancements while balancing operational stability with roadmap delivery.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- A degree-level qualification in Information Technology, Business, Digital Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a Fixed Term Contract basis (start date 01.12.26 until 30.06.27), with hybrid working including up to two days from home.
