Job Summary
The Manager, Commercial Performance – Operations, EMEA plays a key role in delivering scalable, consistent commercial communications and performance support across the EMEA portfolio.
Working within the Commercial Performance – Operations team, this role supports Commercial Programming and broader team priorities by ensuring programmes, reviews, tools and insights are deployed consistently and effectively.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Performance – Operations, EMEA, the role helps drive clear prioritization, accountability and alignment across the team.
Scope
The Manager, Commercial Performance – Operations is responsible for supporting all Marriott International brands operating across EMEA, including both managed and franchised properties.
- Location: London or Frankfurt
- Travel: Infrequent travel required, expected to be less than 20%.
Key Responsibilities
Communication and Stakeholder Alignment
- Ensure commercial communications to the EMEA portfolio are clear, consistent and aligned.
- Act as a central connector across teams, stakeholders and workstreams.
- Lead day-to-day support and management of the Commercial Performance inbox.
- Support the development of effective presentation decks and the delivery of continent-wide webinars.
- Create, organise and maintain commercial content repositories.

- Support the design, deployment and optimisation of scalable commercial programmes.
- Support the implementation and sustainment of key programmes, initiatives and processes.
- Support the organisation and execution of commercial events.
- Ensure tools, insights and initiatives are deployed consistently across the portfolio.
- Support Commercial Programming by ensuring deliverables remain relevant, well-executed and aligned with team priorities.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
- Commercial experience within hospitality is required, ideally with 3–5 years of dedicated experience in commercial roles or a closely related professional area.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to operate across complex stakeholder environments.
- Comfortable leading through influence, structure and collaboration rather than hierarchy.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers.
- High proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of, and proven experience using Microsoft Office and automation tools, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
- Knowledge of Marriott lodging products, culture and brand strategies is preferred.
- Knowledge of Marriott commercial systems, programmes and processes is preferred.
- Proficient in creating visually engaging, well-structured presentation decks.

- Deliver on ambitious goals, create alignment and drive execution.
- Coordinate with departments and teams to define clear responsibilities, establish expectations and clarify how each group and individual contributes to project success.
- Identify and focus on business opportunities that deliver the highest value for the Company.
