About the Company

OC&C Strategy Consultants is an international boutique strategy consulting firm with 14 offices worldwide. Our expertise is focused on a few core specialisms, allowing us to deliver results that get noticed.

Our people are agile thinkers, cut from different cloths but united by a relentless curiosity and desire to solve problems.

To us, each client challenge is unique, so boilerplate solutions don’t cut it. We interrogate a problem until we find its root. Then we develop a powerful way to solve it. We don’t duck the difficult answers, we give clients the strategies they need.

Consumer Goods

OC&C Strategy Consultants has a leading Consumer Goods practice, working with clients across a wide variety of sub-sectors with different dynamics, including Food & Beverage, Beauty, Consumer Health, Agriculture & Ingredients, BWS, and Pet Care.

These sectors are characterised by rapidly evolving consumer preferences, increasing channel complexity, and intense competitive dynamics. We work with clients on genuinely challenging strategic questions across a broad mix of strategy and transaction-related engagements. We therefore seek individuals of the highest intellectual calibre who thrive on solving complex, ambiguous problems with original thinking. While prior Consumer Goods experience is valuable, we can rapidly help you deepen your sector expertise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
