Job Description

Visa is seeking a motivated and commercially aware communications professional to join its Corporate Communications team in Europe. As Manager, Corporate Communications, you will help develop and deliver communications programmes that strengthen Visa's reputation, support business priorities and reinforce its position as a leader in digital payments innovation and technology.

You will help shape and amplify the stories that showcase Visa's innovation, partnerships, expertise and impact on European businesses, consumers and economies. The role requires strong writing, judgement and delivery, with the ability to turn complex business, technology and industry topics into clear, compelling communications for multiple audiences.

This is a Manager role with meaningful scope and exposure. You will be expected to manage defined workstreams, contribute ideas, work independently where appropriate, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business. The role will work with in-market Communications teams, Europe Communications and Global Communications partners to advance Visa's storytelling and ensure communications are aligned, relevant and impactful across markets.

The role offers an opportunity to build experience across multiple communications disciplines in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly. It is well suited to someone looking to deepen their communications craft, broaden their exposure to different markets and audiences, and gain hands-on experience on important reputation-building initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
