As Manager Corporate Development, you report to the VP Strategy and M&A and work closely with senior management and relevant specialist departments. You support the development and implementation of our corporate and business strategies, contribute to M&A activities, and drive strategic projects with global reach.
Your Tasks
- You work on strategic projects to further develop the company in an international environment
- You support M&A activities end to end — from identifying potential targets through deal execution to integration
- You develop planning models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
- You prepare financial and strategic analyses and derive well-founded recommendations for action
- You support the development of new business models and identify growth opportunities
- You analyze market, competitive, and KPI data and conduct benchmarks
- You contribute to the optimization of structures, governance, and management processes
- You manage sub-projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Your Profile
- You have multiple years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or comparable fields
- Ideally, you have already worked on M&A or strategy projects
- You bring a strong business and financial understanding as well as excellent analytical skills, ideally in an international corporate context
- You work in a structured manner, think holistically, and are able to clearly prepare complex topics
- You have experience in creating models, analyses, and decision documents
- You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and present reliably at top management or committee level
- You hold a university degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a comparable field
- You speak fluent English (business level), and ideally German
