About the Role:
Join the fight against adversaries as a leader of our elite Corporate Sales Engineering team! As we pursue our mission to stop breaches, you'll inspire and empower a team of technical warriors who are passionate about protecting our customers. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise to drive our cutting-edge security solutions into the market.

What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Direct line management of Corporate SE team, including performance reviews, coaching, and professional development
- Drive team success through strategic resource allocation and goal setting
- Establish and maintain team KPIs aligned with company objectives
- Implement and optimize team processes and methodologies
- Nurture and develop a true collaborative environment
Technical Sales Leadership:
- Guide complex technical sales cycles and Proof of Value (PoV) evaluations
- Develop and execute technical sales strategies
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to maximize revenue opportunities
- Oversee technical training programs for sales staff and partners
- Synergize with Marketing for delivering impactful campaigns
- Scale our sales specialists teams becoming a multiplier force
Customer & Partner Engagement:
- Drive technical solution design and architecture discussions
- Ensure customer success through pre-sales technical support
- Build and maintain strategic partner relationships
- Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and executive meetings
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in cybersecurity
- 3+ years of people management experience, including remote teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture and threat landscape
- Proven track record of driving complex technical sales cycles
- Experience with security tools, malware analysis, and threat detection
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced understanding of cyber security, threat detection, and incident response
- Familiarity with attack frameworks, exploitation techniques, and threat actors
- Knowledge of security tools, MITRE ATT&CK, and industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH)
- Experience with CrowdStrike products and services
- Background in enterprise software sales
- MBA or technical advanced degree
