About Quince
Quince is a destination for builders, creators, innovators, and operators who want to come together and challenge the status quo. Our mission is simple: make really high quality essentials for really low prices, fairly and sustainably. We deliver on that mission through a unique manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model eliminating the layers of traditional retail that add cost and result in consumers paying more than they need to. We find, build relationships with, and work directly with the manufacturing partners behind some of the world’s finest products. From there, our teams design smart, efficient operational processes and build and deploy proprietary technology, AI, and analytics to help us scale fast.
What began with a small assortment of elevated basics has quickly grown into a cross-category brand spanning apparel, accessories, home goods, and more. Today, tens of millions of people across a growing number of countries come – and return – to Quince because they trust us to deliver.
Our Culture
Quince is a culture built for builders by builders. Our way of working starts with a blank sheet of paper. We question conventional thinking, use technology and data to uncover new opportunities, and move quickly to turn ideas into reality. We aren’t interested in replicating how others do retail. We’re building a better way – at a speed and scale unlike anything that’s been done before.
We dream big and chase the hard problems others shy away from. Rejecting long-held assumptions is part of our company's DNA. Where conventional wisdom says you have to choose – soft or durable, speed or rigor, quality or price – we ask why that trade-off has to exist in the first place.
Our pace is fast and the bar is high because our customers expect a lot from us and we refuse to let them down. We believe the best results come from challenging ourselves, learning from one another, and building on each other's strengths.
Here, responsibility is not determined by role, tenure, or seniority. Every team member - no matter their level - has the opportunity to drive our business and shape our trajectory.
If you’re someone who likes to imagine new possibilities and build better systems rather than plug-in to outdated ones, Quince is the place for you.
The Role
Manager, CRM Category Expansion
The Manager, CRM Category Expansion owns every scheduled brand campaign across email, SMS, push, and in-app for the UK, Germany, and France. This includes new arrivals, restocks, seasonal and gifting moments, and key discount events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Quince Day. These are broad, brand-wide sends that go out to the whole customer base or large segments, designed to take customers beyond the one category they already know us for and introduce them to the rest of the range.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Reporting into the UK/EU CRM Director, this person runs the process end-to-end: briefing, selecting products with Merchandising, briefing Design, aligning with US Marketing, localizing copy, and partnering with Tech on features like dynamic product/price modules — then building, QA'ing, and shipping every send, reading results, and continuously improving toward faster, more personalized delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the UK/EU campaign calendar end-to-end — brief, build, localize, QA, and send across email, SMS, push, and in-app
- Brief and coordinate every campaign with Merchandising, Design, Copy, and US Marketing
- Own audience segmentation, frequency caps, and suppression/consent logic for smarter targeting
- Build and maintain the production engine: modular templates, dynamic product feeds, and reusable content blocks
- Partner with Tech and Data to improve the comms themselves (dynamic pricing, live stock) and run a rigorous testing programme (send-time, segments, incrementality holdouts)
- Own deliverability and list health across all three markets
- Turn results into monthly insights and a steady pipeline of new campaign ideas, informed by industry trends and testing new formats
- Report weekly on performance (revenue, CTR, unsub/complaint rates, incrementality) and coordinate with the Lifecycle team
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years CRM/email marketing in DTC/ecommerce, including 3+ years running a full campaign calendar end-to-end (not just triggered flows)
- Hands-on with Iterable (or Braze/Klaviyo/SFMC), including multi-market campaign builds with dynamic content and personalization
- Experience delivering SMS, push, and in-app campaigns, plus enough HTML/CSS to brief and QA email builds
- Segmentation and deliverability fluency (engagement tiers, suppression, frequency caps), including reading Postmaster Tools
- SQL working knowledge — able to self-serve audience/results checks in Looker without an analyst
- A/B testing and incrementality rigor; comfortable setting up and reading holdouts with the Data team
- Already using AI in daily workflows, and ruthless about QA and automating it
- Strong multi-stakeholder operator (Merchandising, Design, Copy, US Marketing, Tech) with working knowledge of UK/EU marketing regulations (GDPR, PECR, German/French requirements)
