What You'll Be Doing
- Own and deliver our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and organic App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy, identifying and prioritising high-impact opportunities to improve web-to-app conversion, app store visibility, and install growth.
- Lead a data-driven experimentation programme, designing and delivering A/B tests, analysing performance, and using insights to continuously improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Optimise app store listings through keyword research, creative testing, and performance analysis, while monitoring competitor activity, rankings, ratings, and reviews to maximise discoverability and installs.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, SEO, Content, and App Marketing teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and deliver acquisition initiatives that support our growth objectives.
- Use analytics, search demand, and customer behaviour insights to develop actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in acquisition performance and user experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
