Global trade has never been more dynamic, complex, or strategically important.

Geopolitical change, evolving tariff regimes, supply chain disruption, sustainability regulations, digitalisation, and increasing regulatory scrutiny are transforming how businesses operate across borders. Customs and foreign trade now sit at the centre of boardroom decision-making, creating unprecedented opportunities for ambitious professionals to build influential and rewarding careers.

We are investing in the growth of our Customs and Foreign Trade practice and are looking for an exceptional Manager to help us build one of the market's leading teams.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing practice at an exciting stage of its journey, working alongside highly experienced specialists to deliver innovative solutions, shape new service offerings, influence market thinking, and accelerate your career.

As a Manager within our Customs and Foreign Trade team, you will work with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors, helping them navigate complex international trade challenges while identifying opportunities to optimise operations, manage risk, generate savings, and create value.

You will deliver high-quality consultancy services, combining deep technical expertise with commercial insight and a client-first mindset. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, supporting business growth, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that differentiate our offering in the market.

No two days are the same. You may find yourself advising multinational manufacturers on customs strategy, supporting retailers with supply chain transformation, helping businesses respond to new trade measures, or contributing to the development of technology-enabled solutions that transform how trade compliance is delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
