- Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex or at-risk projects, providing governance and expert steering.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and data migration consultants, providing technical guidance and supporting career growth. Manage team bandwidth to balance client delivery with learning, development, and internal initiatives.
- Define and continuously improve the technical delivery methodology for data migrations within DealCloud Services. Collaborate with Technical Services leadership to refine and develop the broader technical delivery approach.
- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, Account Management, and other business stakeholders. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, up to and including executive level.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain technical talent. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong client-facing skills focused on delivery outcomes and satisfaction.
- Experience in a professional services or implementation-led delivery environment.
- Experience building or managing internal data platforms or tooling, with hands-on use of data migration tooling or ETL frameworks. CRM or SaaS platform data experience, particularly in financial services or deal management systems.
- Familiarity with emerging automation in data engineering contexts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
