Manager, Data Science
Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit? Founded in 2012 by Daniel Gilbert, we were built by engineers before we were a media agency. Today, 1,000+ Brainlabbères across five continents use our proprietary agents, built on 32 media tools and over 2,500 logged experiments, to help brands connect every channel they plan and buy to one thing: the bottom line.
As the Manager, Data Science, you will support the delivery of Google Meridian MMM projects and other data science engagements for Brainlabs clients, working closely with the Director of Data Science to produce technically rigorous, clearly communicated outputs. This is a role for a data scientist who is strong on the technical fundamentals, curious about how marketing data can drive better business decisions, and developing the skills to communicate complex ideas clearly.

- Apply statistical and analytical skills to real client problems.
-
Translate Outputs Into Insight
- Take model outputs and draft clear, accessible summaries and narratives connecting findings to media budget decisions.
- Prepare outputs ready for client review and presentation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
