Manager, Data Scientist
Overview:
Demonstrates deep expertise in business analysis, Salesforce administration, and advanced analytics, including emerging AI capabilities. Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data-driven decision-making, and intelligent automation. Provides direction and drives strategic initiatives leveraging Salesforce, analytics, and AI solutions in alignment with established policies. Promotes innovation in data, automation, and customer technologies while ensuring effective resourcing, training, and goal setting. Recommends policy enhancements and advances data governance and intelligent system adoption. Collaborates with developers, data engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to define scope and outcomes.

- Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Provide business and technical leadership across CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
- Optimize Salesforce (workflows, integrations, reporting, security) aligned to business strategy.
- Integrate AI capabilities (predictive models, generative AI, automation) into business processes.
- Develop and oversee dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance to enable scalable solution development.
- Analyze requirements and recommend integrated Salesforce, analytics, and AI solutions.
- Ensure delivery through effective planning, execution, testing, validation, and documentation.
- Manage cross-functional relationships.
- Drive data governance, quality, and compliance.
- Support release planning and roadmap development.
- Level 2 support on user requests.
Education
- BS Degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education.
Knowledge / Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, project management, and analytics.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and business applications.
