As part of the continued growth of our Data & Technology practice, we are seeking an experienced Manager, Data & Technology Transformation to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients across a broad range of industries, helping them unlock value from their data, modernise their technology landscape, and deliver successful transformation outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Working closely with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will lead the delivery of data and technology-focused engagements spanning data strategy, architecture, analytics, cloud transformation, and business performance improvement. You will help organisations leverage modern data platforms, improve decision-making through analytics, and navigate complex transformation initiatives, including M&A integrations, carve-outs, and technology-enabled change programmes.
As a Manager, you will combine strong technical expertise with consulting and leadership skills, leading project workstreams, managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of Interpath's Data & Transformation capability. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data professional looking to play a key role in delivering impactful client solutions and shaping the future of a growing advisory practice.

Requirements
Experience & Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, IT Architecture, or Technology Consulting, with a proven track record delivering data and technology transformation initiatives in consulting, advisory, professional services, or complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading project workstreams, managing delivery, and building trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong background in Data, Solution, or Enterprise Architecture, including the design and delivery of modern, scalable data platforms, pipelines, and integration solutions.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS and/or GCP) and modern data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Qlik; working knowledge of Python and/or R. Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and/or PostgreSQL is advantageous.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable data and technology solutions and clear, actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Commercially aware, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, outcome-focused consulting approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage project delivery, mentor junior colleagues, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and delivering measurable business value.
