ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Manager for Data Transformation, you will guide the transformation of Content Operations through the design, implementation, and adoption of strategic technology capabilities. You will act as the bridge between business, operations, and technology teams to modernize processes, reduce operational complexity, and drive automation at scale.

In addition to defining the transformation strategy, product direction, and technology roadmap, you will lead and develop a team of Content Operations Transformation Leads responsible for the execution and delivery of content transformation activities. You will ensure operational excellence while driving continuous improvement, capability development, and adoption of new ways of working.

This role combines people leadership, product ownership, process transformation, stakeholder management, and technology strategy. Success in this role requires an individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, leading teams through change, challenging legacy approaches, and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology and process innovation. Team size 7-15 people.

As both a strategic leader and an integral member of a highly talented team, you will shape how Content Operations evolves through the adoption of emerging technologies, accelerating automation, improving data quality, and delivering outcomes that directly support the LSEG Data & Analytics strategy. Success in this role will be measured not only by the transformation you lead, but by your ability to build team capability, empower others, and create a culture where people and technology together drive lasting business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
