Central to our growth ambitions is the creation of the Deal Strategy team within our Value Creation service line. Our Deal Strategy team will work with Investors and executive management teams, supporting them on their transactions cycle and accelerating their growth journeys. As the team develops it will specialise across a number of market sectors.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new service line in an established and successful business. As a Manager in Deal Strategy at Interpath, you will assist our new Managing Director to build the Deal Strategy service line within Healthcare and life Sciences both within the UK and across European and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Contribute & support business development across Private Equity investors and C-Suite level at high profile Corporates.
- Lead multiple projects, pre-deal & post-deal, across areas such as Deal Strategy, CDD, Growth Strategy, and Value Creation.
- Build excellent stakeholder relationships and enhance the reputation of the team to become a trusted advisor across the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.
- Support & manage junior members on projects, ensuring a culture of collaboration and enabling them to expand their skill sets.
- Work with an Interpath panel of Industry experts, leveraging their experience and expertise on projects to benefit client outcomes.
- Contribute to thought leadership, insight reports, and research to help identify themes, drive value creation, and meaningful results.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in strategy consulting with a particular focus on Private Equity & Deals.
- Track record of leading projects in commercial due diligence (CDD) and growth strategy.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to play a key role in building the team and the business.
- Background in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, preferably with some time in industry and/or a clinical or scientific education and background.
- A willingness to support our wider Strategy and Value Creation projects across sectors where needed.
- Native or fluent English is essential. Additional European languages including French, Spanish, or German are very advantageous.
