Connect to your opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Delivery Manager to join our Snowflake Transformation & Growth team, a centre of excellence within Deloitte's Engineering, AI & Data service offering. You will manage the delivery of Snowflake transformation projects and work closely with clients, third parties and Deloitte teams. The role requires strong delivery management skills, sufficient Snowflake knowledge to work confidently with technical teams, and the ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
You will manage delivery outcomes across the project lifecycle, maintaining clear plans, governance, controls and reporting while helping multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality solutions predictably and in line with client objectives.
Your role
As a Snowflake Delivery Manager, you will lead clients in complex programme across its lifecycles, mobilizing teams and governing delivery to implement and operate secure, scalable snowflake solutions.
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Client Engagement: Work directly with client stakeholders and internal delivery leads to understand priorities, coordinate delivery and maintain alignment with agreed business goals.
- Snowflake Delivery Management: Manage the planning and end-to-end delivery of Snowflake Data Cloud projects, including migration activities, team coordination, release management and production deployment.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate legacy data migration and integration activities, monitoring timelines, dependencies, delivery quality and operational readiness.
- Risk & Project Governance: Serve as the primary point of contact for project health, actively evaluating delivery risks and integrating agile management advancements into client solutions and internal frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and support cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, reusable assets and agile delivery practices.
- Project planning: Maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, quality gates and controls across assigned Snowflake workstreams.
- Scope and change control: Maintain clear scope, priorities and acceptance criteria; assess change requests and communicate their impact on delivery, cost, resources, dependencies and outcomes.
- Governance and reporting: Establish proportionate governance forums and provide clear, evidence-based reporting on progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions for client and Deloitte stakeholders.
- Financial and commercial management: Manage delivery budgets, forecasts, resource plans and commercial obligations, escalating material variances and supporting timely corrective action.
- Quality and release assurance: Coordinate architecture, engineering, testing, security and operational-readiness activities so that releases meet agreed quality, control and acceptance requirements.
- Risk, issue and dependency management: Maintain active RAID management, drive mitigations and decisions, and resolve cross-team blockers through appropriate escalation routes.
- Stakeholder alignment: Facilitate planning, governance and decision-making sessions, communicating delivery choices, trade-offs and impacts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Operational transition: Plan cutover, service transition, knowledge transfer, support arrangements and handover into business-as-usual or managed-service teams.
- Continuous improvement: Use delivery insights, retrospectives and performance measures to improve ways of working, reusable delivery assets and programme outcomes.
- Growth support: Contribute to proposals, delivery approaches, estimates, mobilisation plans and client presentations for Snowflake opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
