About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Causaly’s ongoing revenue success. You will play a crucial role in creating demand and converting into pipeline within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through strategic and innovative marketing efforts. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing leader. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, and identifying new opportunities to expand our global customer base.

What you will do
- Develop and manage Demand Generation campaigns, using a wide range of channels and strategies (paid advertising, events, email marketing, webinars, content acquisition, etc.)
- Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI
- Utilize and optimize Hubspot to accurately report on campaign and channel performance
- Lead marketing technology adoption that will enable the team to meet its goals
- Team with the broader marketing team, GTM team and product team to optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve planned goals and scale reach
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities for growth
What is needed to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience executing demand generation campaigns, generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales to drive conversions.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including CRM and analytics software, to effectively manage and track marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
