JOB DESCRIPTION
OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE
We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.
As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE TEAM
This role sits within the EMEA Regional Digital Hub, part of Rosewood’s Digital Marketing division, and reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, EMEA. The Regional Digital Hub supports Rosewood’s evolving regional business model by delivering scalable, performance-driven digital marketing services across the region.
YOUR ROLE
As Manager, Digital Content, EMEA, you will own the production, quality control and performance of commercial digital content across the regional portfolio. Combining content strategy, channel planning and expert copywriting, you will ensure that digital content supports business objectives, enhances the customer experience and drives engagement and conversion in line with brand standards.
As the regional subject matter expert for digital content, you will establish best practices, drive consistency across channels and identify opportunities for optimization. Working closely with Brand, CRM, Social, Media, Analytics, Revenue Management, Digital Product, Creative, Operations, agencies and property stakeholders, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver audience-focused and commercially effective content.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Own the regional commercial content plan, translating business priorities and property needs into a clear programme of activity, while establishing standards, templates, governance frameworks and review processes.
- Write, edit and optimize commercial website content across the portfolio and selected third-party platforms, applying SEO, UX/CX writing and accessibility best practices.
- Develop performance-focused content for CRM programmes, automated customer journeys, email campaigns, paid social, display advertising and other digital media channels.
- Use behavioural, SEO, conversion and content performance data to identify optimization opportunities, develop recommendations and support experimentation and A/B testing.
- Lead content quality assurance, audits, compliance and accessibility reviews, ensuring alignment with brand, legal and WCAG requirements across written and visual content.
- Act as the regional digital content specialist, partnering with global, regional and property stakeholders to support localization, share best practices and evaluate emerging opportunities in AI-enabled content, personalization and content governance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
